Roger Hager, was born in Weston, WV. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1999, and attended ITT Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, PA where he graduated in 2003 with an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in Computer Aided Drafting and Design.
Upon graduating from ITT in 2003 Roger began working for Thrahser Engineering in Bridgeport, WV. Where he began his career as a Project Representative on public utility jobs. Where he was responsible for construction management and monitoring quality assurance for assigned public utility projects. Projects included municipal water line distribution, municipal water tanks, sanitary sewer, and oil and gas infrastructure installation. Leaving the company in 2014 as a Senior Project Representative.
In 2014 Roger began working for Stone Energy in New Martinsville, WV. Where he served as Construction Foreman for Pipeline & Facilities. Where his primary function was construction management of various pipeline infrastructure systems that consisted of freshwater, produced water, natural gas, and condensate pipelines. While also coordinating and managing multiple crews performing well pad facility construction including welders, electrical contractors, civil contractors, and insulation crews. Roger also assisted other disciplines in various support roles and with general maintenance until 2017 when Stone Energy sold its Appalachia assets and his job was not retained.
In 2017 Roger joined the Litman Excavating Inc. team as a project manager where he now serves and supports the growing clients of Litman Excavating Inc. Roger is married and has one daughter.
